WinFakt follow SK to the semi

WinFakt follow SK Gaming to the semi-finals as Group B concluded, with WinFakt winning 16-6 against CheckSix to claim second place in the group.

With SK claiming the top spot in the group, the second place was to be determined via a battle between WinFakt and CheckSix. The map to be played was de_mirage, a map known to the North American teams from the de_cpl_strike times.

WinFakt started on the CT side and secured a comfortable 13-2 lead at half time, with Timi "aslak" Verkkoperä once again showcasing his best play with the AWP. Little did the switch to the CT side help CheckSix and neither did the rain falling from the ceiling onto WinFakt's Jirka "jigetus" Ryhti. WinFakt had no difficulties in securing three rounds to win the match 16-6 and advance to the playoffs.
